Magic Mike (2012)

Steven Soderbergh's 2012 dramedy Magic Mike turned the world of male stripping into a legitimate cinematic event, loosely inspired by star Channing Tatum's own past on the club circuit. Tatum plays the title role, a veteran Tampa performer showing a young newcomer the ropes while grinding through routines that leave very little to the imagination. The ensemble is stacked, with Joe Manganiello and Matt Bomer among the dancers stripping down on stage in scene after scene.
